Add non interactive script for .bashrc

Scp and some ssh stuff wont work without a non interactive script at the top of a .bashrc.

Should find a way to get around this easily, for only ssh and scp sessions. Perhaps, add something to not source only if on SSH or SCP?

Reasoning is for the licensing thing, mentioned in first link. Don't currently use caddy for anything other than small personal projects, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Would love to support caddy if I saw fit 👍
