1. The ascii value for x0001 (the default when sending fix messages
2. A hat, followed by a capital A. e.g ^A
3. A pipe character '|'

Enrich ExecutionReport heading, with the type of ExecutionReport that it is

e.g. ExecutionReport [Cancelled]
ExecutionReport [Partial fill]
ExecutionReport [filled]
etc

Parsing breaks if a line-break is pasted into FixPad

It's often the case that a user will paste from a terminal window. And if the terminal is 'wrapping', this will often result in a line break being pasted in.

Suggest that FixPad be 'forgiving' of such (single) line breaks, and strip them out, if the next line does not start with "8="

Parsing breaks if Group found that does not officially belong in the message type

When encountering a group, e.g. noAllocs, in a message which is not (according to xml spec) meant to be in a message, parsing breaks.

Parsing should be more forgiving and should try to accommodate the group.
