Session Management
Need to agree on concept of session management. Naming, pluggability, pattern etc for the "Session Messages" identified by fix.
Thoughts:
- Basic state machine (NOT_CONNECTED, CONNECTED, LOGGED_ON)
- Unsure on naming. SessionLifecycle, SessionManager, SessionAdmin?
Change nio read select
Currently using selector.selectNow (). Change to simply socketChannel.read ().
Usage of Unsafe
Creates compiler warnings/noise.
Consider moving it elsewhere to control both usage and restrict noise.
Implement wire to message log copy
Requires a double copy:
- network -> direct
- split messages
- direct -> message log
Both copies can be off heap. Need very basic message parsing to find message splits.
