More flexible for user.

• Need to patch up the full image path by docogen engine.

• Patch up all issues (#1~#4)
• Enable markdown to docogen format.

Problem with the math expression between LaTeX module usage & WebUI usage.

• Need to solve it ! Or the program will hang because of LaTeX error input source.

For example: the notations and buckets of "chinese support" , "cite usage".
Need to create a parse function to filter out these notations.

Currently author can only display with one person.

• Enhance multiple author display.
• Add email into author section.

1. Test the MiKTeX on macOS
2. Run docoGen test/scripts

• For graphviz dependencies (Patch batch file)
• Testing command (http://www.graphviz.org/Download_windows.php)
• Implement graphviz functionality on window

• Merging process has some wrong behavior.
• Markdown transformer aren't robust enough
• Consider markdown transformer lib: markdown-to-ast will have difference behavior when input source is complicated. Need to fix it.

• Tons of new features
• Need to reconstruct the wiki pages:
  • How to install? (node.js, MikTeX)
  • How to use? (example and script format of docoGen)
  • How to contribute? (details of each file/function)
  • System Architecture (How does docoGen Work)
  • ... etc
