What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading AutoSuggestComboBox at design time

When the Visual Studio 2012 designer tries to instantiate the 
AutoSuggestComboBox, the following error pops up and the designer can't display 
the control. The error is:

MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'KOControls.Core.TextToken 
KOControls.GUI.Core.ITextTokensControl.get_CurrentToken()'.

I can reproduce the problem simply by including the control in a user control:
<ko:AutoSuggestComboBox/>

I'm using the latest source code checked out and build directly from SVN.


Any suggestions for a solution/workaround?

To reproduce use DataGrid as the ISelector control to display the suggestions. 
Set AutoGenerateColumns to true. The suggestions datagrid will not generate 
columns.
If you set AutoGenerateColumns to false and create the columns manually it will 
work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm using the demo "ControlTestApp".
2. In the "Auto Suggest" tab, if I enter "Car" I got one suggestion, but if I 
delete the "r" using the backspace key, the suggestion are not updated.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see suggestions for all the cities starting with "Ca"


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3

Start typing then press Ctrl + Tab to go to the previous control. 

Title says it all.

When pressing on button below the suggestion popup in datagrid the command is 
not invoked.
