Legacy Polycom Provisioning Template for 3CX

Download the Polycom_AET_3.1.8.ph.xml file to your desktop or some other folder.

Supports 501 and 601 phones. Probably supports 301 phones too.

Install Instructions

Using the web admin, import the template into 3CX from the Settings->Template page

Update Instructions

1. Copy the contents of the Custom_Polycom_AET_3.1.8.ph.xml file to the clipboard
2. Using the web admin, go to Settings -> Templates and select the Custom_Polycom_AET_3.1.8.ph.xml template.
3. Delete everything and paste in the updated contents

SoundPoint 335 with SIP Firmware 4.0.10

Hello,
I tried a soundpoint 335 with 3cx. Do you have an xml file that would work with firmware 4.0.10?

Reject Button Does Not Send Call to Voicemail

Whet the phone is ringing and you press "reject", it drops the call rather than sending it to voicemail.

The 3CX template sends the call to voicemail so this should be possible to fix.
