The Bot-Battlr of Flatiron

Description

This application displays a list of available bots, adds an individual bot to my army by clicking on it then click on Enlist button, release a bot from my army by clicking on it, and discharges a bot from their service forever, by clicking the blue button marked "x", which would delete the bot both from the backend and from the YourBotArmy on the frontend.

User Story

• The user sees a displayed list of of available bots.
• The user can add an individual bot to my army by clicking on it then click on Enlist button.
• The user is able to discharges a bot from their service both from the backend and from the YourBotArmy on the frontend., by clicking the button marked "x".

Development Requirements

• Visual Studio Code.
• npm
• Browser(Chrome or any other Chromium based Browser)

Development Installation

To get the code..

1. Got to the following github repository to access the files.

        https://github.com/IvyW2/Bot-Battlr

2. Fork and Clone the repository above to your local computer.

        [email protected]:IvyW2/Bot-Battlr.git

3. Move to the folder where you cloned the files and install requirements and make sure you are in the below directory:

    cd Bot-Battlr.git/

4. Open the folder in VS Code using the command

    code .

Running the application

5. Once in the VS Code you can ran npm start to run the React application.

    npm start

6. Or open the application on your browser:/

• You can now interact with the application and make the necessary operations.
