Matlab Implementation Of State-Of-The-Art Adpative Techniques for Ordinary Kriging

The following library provides a Matlab implementation of Ordinary Kriging accompanied by the most commonly used adaptive sampling techniques. For a comparative review of these methods test cases are provided within this framework.

Getting Started

We encourage those who are interested in using this library to run and pick a random input adaptive method and benchmark function. Run [main.m] and follow the instructions for user input. 1D and 2D benchmark functions allow for updated visualization of the adatpive process.

Prerequisites

Matlab version R2017a or higher.
