Minute Executions that take longer than a minute are bad
The second execution will overwrite any state produced by the first execution.
State got corrupted
Somehow - I am not sure how - I noticed that jobrunhistory.db got corrupted where the friendly name was missing from the line; resulting in a parsing error and general problems. I think it fell into a #2-like behavior, as the thing that caused me to investigate was that I was receiving a report that it could not send mail. (It could.)
When a job raises an exception, we incorrectly report that email is not working
This is because we POST False, but the Status Tracker assumes that if it receives a POST of False, that the jobs are running successfully but Email is not working.
