Add retries to REST API calls about kubernetes_asyncio

The problem is that this file (rest.py) is auto-generated by openapi-generator. So the best option would be to add this functionality to the generator and then regenerate the library. Unfortunately this library still uses old version of openapi-generator and now I'm working on switching to the latest version.

I opened this issue in the openapi-generator and provided the basic change on a branch. Hopefully someone will follow it up. OpenAPITools/openapi-generator#17011

I probably should have read the readme first! 😆
I'll take a look at the generator, but that might be a more significant change.
