composer-tool-installer-plugin's Issues

Cannot install tm/composer-tool-installer-plugin if binary directory does not exist

To reproduce the problem:

mkdir /tmp/foobar
cd /tmp/foobar
composer require tm/composer-tool-installer-plugin

Output:
