Until tests are written I'd really like a linting test suite on GH Actions and Webpack builds

The UI is mostly scaffolding, which means I need to extract all the components into folders with index.js

I'm going with BAR stuff for now but I need a few things:

• default list of maps, Aka the ones that come in the installer, and for each:
  • a minimap, at least 256pixels tall/wide minimum
  • a metalmap, identical dimensiions to minimap
  • a title
  • it's size
  • the author
  • a description
• the default recommended locations of the spring engine and the content. When BAR installer goes installing, where is it going to want to install to by default?
  • Linux
  • Windows
• the icons to use for the factions, and pretty/internal names, I'm assuming arm/Arm, etc, but red/blue?
• a big placeholder image, a unit or something, must be a transparent background
• a default avatar image, something simple and non-descript, a silhouette? Perhaps a few of them who knows
• Choose an AI icon, look at fontawesome

It would need rewriting in order to fit into AFLobby as it's built around a different store paradigm, and a different system of modules and imports, so it isn't directly compatible

A parallel data app that works off of the redux store separate from the react app is needed to perform data fetching
