camera's Issues

Questions Arising From Hardware Assembly

There's some issues I'm seeing with how the hardware is all wired together. The documentation pages leaves a lot of holes to how everything is connected. I've listed the questions here below:

  1. The 3 wire cables for pan and tilt that both connect to the Header board (TS, TG, TV, PS, PG, PV)… it’s unclear to me where these wires lead to / connect to. The 4 wires that lead off the motors lead to the Control board. I’m missing something here.
  2. Assuming LG, LD, LV is for the LED strip?
  3. The GPIO connection from the Raspberry PI to the Header board . Connecting to the PI was absent from the photos you sent, did you use a ribbon cable similar to this and just solder on one end to the header board? Curious how you attached those pins. (A cable like this with the pin slots? https://www.adafruit.com/product/4170)
  4. What is the spec on the capacitor connected to the Control board? 1000 microfarad?
