Install dependencies:

npm install --global serve

To run frontend (port 3000):

cd INT-ImageGenerator.WebUI
serve # Starts web app
# Go to http://localhost:3000

Back-end configuration: Update INT.ImageGenerator.API/Properties/launchSettings.json to run https on port 5001
