Investigate using websockets instead of polling the server for messages

This should improve the responsiveness of the interface, and possibly cut down on overall traffic.

Re-evaluate logged_in and active flags on Player model

Neither are ever turned off due to inactivity. The solution may end up depending on the websockets investigation.

In the log, I'm killed, then I kill the Vagrant, then I resurrect in the Town Square.
I should make sure I have health before I can attack (or lock the player while it is being edited on the enemy side).
