Add artisan command to create a new source server

Add artisan command to create a new source server

Add artisan command to pause and unpause a backup

SourceServers where the db column is_paused is true, will not dispatched for backup. This should be need to enable and disable from artisan cli.

Include and Exclude files for rsync command

Currently the rsync command will sync the whole folder from the source. It should be possible to add a list/array of files/folders that will get include or exclude on the rsync command in the "RsyncBackupJob".

There are already database columns to get used for that.

• excludes

Add Tests

This package needs tests. <3

Pre- and Post- Backup Commands

Each SourceServer can have an Array of pre_backup_commands and post_backup_commands that will called via SSH on every backup run. As the names says, before the backup starts and after it has been completed successfully.

On Database there are already two columns to persist the arrays of commands.

• pre_backup_commands
• post_backup_commands

Add two new Jobs that will handle this.
