完善Fastool的Readme文档
目标：
- 美观，整洁，便于快速理解fastool的定位
- 给出各类引用demo说明
- 罗列其定位和优势
- 公布未来要达成的结果
- 完全使用github作为开源协作工具

对象数组去重
需要用对象数组去重，库里好像没有，我加了一个可以提交么
新增一种异步动态加载ESM/UMD格式的方式
需求：
1.能够动态加载插件，并且支持选择规范
2.能够将插件的defualt赋值给fastool的别名对象，比如：tinycode插件，别名以后为 const {kyeCode} = fastool
3.能够合理的兼容html，vue，react运行机制
4.至少提供2以上1kstar的方案案例

getOffsetTop，获取某一元素距离页面顶部的高度；
scrollToBottom， 滚到容器底部；

media-observe，快捷建立针对 mq 语句的观察者；
UI：
response-observe，高效率监听容器所处断点（bootstrap4 规范）；
新增time相关工具，并支持dayjs异步插件
新增至少6个优秀工具类库并完成自测
