Hello reader :)

In order to run the code:
1 - make sure you are on the same directory with thegiven code.
2 - make sure input csv files are on the same directory with the given code
3 - type -> python <filename>.py <treshold> <learning_rate> <ratio>
	Example: python Term_project.py 70 8 0.6		#recommanded input values are 70 8 and 0.6 respectively
	Not: filename may be changed during submission.	

	Not2: This project realized using Python3, so if you have both python3 and python2 pls use python3 run command.
