Add environment.yml and update the README.

EONR really doesn't really care what units everything is in, but it does make it confusing if we're looking at results and don't know what units they are referring to. Because units can be changed between EONR runs, it may be helpful to add units as it's own column for price_grain, cost_n_fert, and cost_n_social in df_results.

AONR = no economics considered
EONR = cost of fertilizer and price of grain considered
SONR = social cost of N [pollution] considered

None of these consider overhead costs or operating expenses that may indeed be a substantial part of N fertilizer application. Add a function/feature to also consider these costs in EONR and SONR calculation.
