Perhaps this error is caused by a more recent toolchain.

I don't quite understand how to redirect the user back to the modal if the input was incorrect. For example, I want to add a new book from the form which is in modal, and the user's input was empty or contained an error. This modal will automatically redirect me to the new action page, not a modal. Is there any way to stay on the same page and the same modal?

Also, I have jQuery autocomplete functionality. It doesn't work inside my modal, whereas if the user's input was incorrect and the action redirects to a new action page, autocomplete works perfect.
