終了した子プロセスと同じ pid の子プロセスが生成されると管理がおかしくなる場合がある
子プロセス終了後、親プロセスがその子プロセスを回収する前に、同じ pid で子プロセスが作成されると、いくつかの pid をキーとした Hash オブジェクトが上書きされてしまい、子プロセス管理がおかしくなる。
can't add a new key into hash during iteration (RuntimeError) が出て起動しない場合がある
