The goal for the recovery metrics going forward is to base the permutation order off of just the Beta matrix and, then, apply this to the Q matrix columns.

We're going to move common functions from all packages into a standalone R package.

Commonalities here relate to attribute_bijection() / attribute_inv_bijection() / is_q_matrix_valid() and so on.

As this will likely spawn across many packages not necessarily in the ecdm world.

Should we aim to switch the name from ecdmcore to tmsacore?
