Migrate to node

Migrate codebase to nodejs (either JavaScript or TypeScript)

• Better language/runtime/etc. (don't have to rely on commands)
• npm/package manager for easy installation

Submit to libfuse

Improve support for Windows

• Tests for ssh command on Windows client
• Tests for sftp server command on Windows client (may need to change the default command)
• Tests for ssh server/ssd (in particular, the default shell which will be cmd.exe if the user hasn't changed it)
• Improve docs
• Provide link to OpenSSH installation and setup docs in readme (also explains changing the default shell)

2 process bidirectional communication without named pipes

Portably (via posix sh, bash, or standard Unix util) find a way to connect the stdin of proc A to the stdout of proc B, and vice-versa, without resorting to the creation of named pipes via mkfifo (which then have to be cleaned up on exit). Preferably simple, and must be secure.

Confirm `execa` buffer limit is not an issue

Tests to ensure cleanup is properly performed on exit and most signals

Mounting a disk (block device) directly

Confirm the suspected behavior that mounting a disk (an arbitrary block device such as /dev/disk*) directly also works (as opposed to simply mounting a directory) and optionally write tests to confirm such behavior.

test: confirm password entry works for ssh (with default cfg)

Document min node & npm version needed

feat: add environment variables

Include environment-variable alternatives for command-line options (command-
line takes precedence).
