Starting to try and formalize some PyTEAL stuff and figured I'd suggest something here.

Instead of making the contract be Contract(...) (int, error) consider defining an interface

interface Application {
  Create(...)...
  Delete(...)...
  OptIn(...)...
  ....
}

Implementing the interface in Go is just a matter of creating methods for those with the side benefit that its structurally a lot more obvious than the PyTEAL convention of returning a Cond([[],[]]) as the top level of the AST.

Additionally effort is underway to better define the methods a contract implements and the data types a given method accepts and returns https://github.com/algorandfoundation/ARCs/blob/main/ARCs/arc-0004.md

Individual contracts may implement additional interfaces that all type check normally with Go.
