Support file upload in addition to a file URL about open-ocr

Agreed this is needed.

As a temporary workaround, here's one easy way to get the file into the cloud:

curl -F file="@result.png" http://filebin.ca/upload.php

where you would replace result.png with your image file.

The response will look something like:

status:1TtpEiq1JfRC
url:http://filebin.ca/1TtpEiq1JfRC/result.png

and the image will be available at the url returned in the url field.
