此代码是为了解决使用讯飞 语音听写 API 来进行长语音听写识别的问题。因为语音听写只支持 60 秒。现在讯飞已经有 语音转写了，所以可以不用语音听写API来实现长语音转文字了。语音转写地址：https://www.xfyun.cn/services/lfasr
