We are provided two raw datasets that we want to model onto a relational database schema.

Deploy the app on a free hosting tier available somewhere. Heroku might be the easiest.

Use a dedicated logging library to provide improved debugging contexts. Bunyan seems like a good choice: https://www.npmjs.com/package/bunyan

We need to test for concurrent requests on the purchase endpoint. Can we use something like https://www.npmjs.com/package/loadtest ?

At present, when querying for all restaurants that are open at a given datetime, we simply iterate over all records and look for matches where the given datetime falls within the opening hours in the json field for the restaurant.

This is a very naive approach. Can we perform some level of filtering on the data layer before any processing and transforming on the application layer?
