qdialog icons on windows
no window maximization icon on windows but a useless "?" icon
slice processing for 3D images
In the current BeadNet v2 version, maximum intensity projections are calculated for 3D images. However, 3D images can also be processed slice-wise (if someone needs this).
self.conn.canWrite(img_ome) returns false in read-write group
Only for the owner "true" is returned.
point ROIs visualization for small objects
native rgb image support
So far: channel needs to be selected for rgb images. Native rgb image support can be implemented if requested.
ROIs not visible in OMERO.insight
- for faster upload times, polygons are uploaded in a single plane. The OMERO.insight client cannot yet view correctly multiple ROIs within a single plane
- the OMERO.web client works fine and is therefore recommended
scripts for the use without gui
may be useful to train and apply models without using the graphical user interface
module 'src.utils.utils' has no attribute 'get_nucleus_ids'
