A JavaScript library for multilined ellipsis
It provides a function that is defined as:
ellipsed(selector, rows);
selector is a CSS selector string and rows is the number of rows should be visible.
Words those exceede that number of rows are trucated with ...
at the end.
Ellipsed is published via npm, so you can install it with:
yarn add ellipsed
or, if using npm: npm install ellipsed
It's published also via bower:
bower install ellipsed
In the example/ directory of this repo there is an example.
You can start it with npm start
(or with yarn start
).
The main template is in the root directory with the library and other stuffs are in the example/ directory.
