Building the GTEx tiledb database

Hi @aaronwolen,

thanks for providing this app as a wonderful example of tiledb usage. I am trying to learn a bit more on how to build tiledb objects for gene expression data, but I can't find an example / tutorial (except tiledbsc). Do you happen to have a link the code used t build tiledb://TileDB-Inc/gtex-analysis-rnaseqc-gene-tpm? Or some example code? (Ideally in R)

It would be very appreciated and help me understand how to do from `summarizedExperiment-like data structures to tiledb.
