Tie roles to users

Already implemented roles and users. Now, connect them together in both backend and frontent.

Limit permissions to the user's current role

When user has roles associated, limit his access to the functionalities to the user's role.

Implement bank statements

Allow the visualization of the whole list of transactions related to a given user in a given space of time.
