Create a review sheet with all the questions and answers in one place

When user comes back to app after leaving off, starting card is first card in local storage
When user clicks on start over, local storage clears but card is still that first card, if they click start over again, card goes back to first card in allCards

User should be able to toggle icon while viewing in All Flashcards or Flashcards for Review

Example:

Remove Instructions and add header and instructions to each component

Every time a user clicks 'I Feel Good About This' score updates

When user finishes all questions, cardSelection state will be empty.
If cardSelection is empty, render a end of quiz pop up
When user clicks on take quiz again, take use back to beginning

Possibly: let user know their score based on how many cards they got correct.

Start Over option available in hamburger dropdown but not currently functioning

Instead of saving whole card selection to storage, save id of card where user left off
When coming back to page, card selection = all cards or all cards sliced from id in local storage
Everytime user moves to next question, update id in local storage from current card data
