Multiple AbstractClients are remains while only one is needed, after multiple tailing requests are stopped.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up server.
2. Start up a client and send tailing command once.
3. Stop tailing.
4. Send new tailing request to server
5. Then, two AbstractClient objects are created and run.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When one tailing is requested, only one command should be executed on server,
but the server executes multiple same commands as if it received multiple
commands from the second requests.

2. Start a client UI and provide tail url
3. Initial connection to server fails but the CTabItem is not disposed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After failure of initial server connection, the corresponding CTabItem should
