[Punctuation] Allow bot to detect valid strings with punctuation

Currently, the bot will split messages into their individual words. It does not, however, remove punctuation before parsing through the words for their syllable counts. The parser will need to check a string sans punctuation, then re-add the original punctuation when displaying the haiku.
