Fix thumbor required versions (in future releases) about aws

I see your point indeed, and often face the same issues when dealing with pip installations. However, we can guarantee that a version of tc_aws works with identified current or previous versions of a dependency, but we can't plan for BC Breaks as of now, which is why tc_aws is now following the thumbor versioning. I however can't really plan which future versions of dependency will break tc_aws, and so can't put an upper bound on our dependencies.

Thanks for your quick reply. I though the reason you can't plan for those future breakages is exactly the reason to have this upper bound. If you don't knwo just set it the Thumbor version currenly released already.
But maybe I am missing s.th.

I see your point, but I can't really know which future version will break the compatibility for the upper limit.

Usually major versions bring breaking changes while minor ones don't so if you want to keep your range as open as possible maybe restrict it to the same major version if that's feasable.

But it looks like you have your reasons not to do that, so I will leave you to it then ;)

I'll check with Thumbor maintainers on how they handle this, indeed it should be enough to filter based on that :)
