I had this issue, but I fixed it myself but I think you could add this to this GitHub page so that the other players can do what I did:

this link is a calculator to convert longitude, latitude irl to this server's coordinates:

but there are numbers you have to change so that it works with this specific server
make sure that scale is 1:1500
make sure that blocks per tile are 2048
make sure that tile per map are 30
then input your latitude and longitude numbers and then the Minecraft x, z will appear below
