major regression with gradle 2.12 (NoSuchMethodError)

Hi, i noticed a major regression with gradle 2.12 that broke all builds using your jflex plugin, would it be possible to look into this and hopefully also release a compatible version as soon as possible?

The project where i first noticed this problem: JesusFreke/smali#393
