MiniConvolver segfaults when copied in the FilterEffect ctor.
This is a reminder to figure out later why this is.

I tried chaining effects and the application crashed:

I did update webserver.cpp to use the new effects chaining API, but that shouldn't influence the JSON serialisation process.

The convolution HTTP interface only seems to work in Firefox.
I tested 3 other browsers (Chrome, Edge and Opera) and all of them failed to download the audio output.

In Firefox, when I submit the form, I get "The connection was reset".
I'll have to figure out what went wrong.
