Starter Template is broken

The starter template is broken due to dependency fetch:

index.js:504 Uncaught TypeError: Class extends value undefined is not a constructor or null

Problems with rollup:

[vite]: Rollup failed to resolve import "@safe-globalThis/safe-ethers-adapters"

Steps to reproduce:

npx thirdweb create --template vite-typescript-starter
cd vite-typescript-starter/
npm run build
