You can either enable dynamic ThingsBoard usage with #define THINGSBOARD_ENABLE_DYNAMIC 1 if you want to receive x amount of variables, without knowing the amount beforehand. This will allocate the memory on the heap as well. Read the documentation for more information

Or you can alternatively if you know the amount of variables, which seems to be the case, you can simply increase the amount of MaxFieldsAmt (is both the maximum amount of variables that can be received and sent). Read the documentation on how to do that.
