the list maps country Niger (NE) to currency "Naira" (ISO code NGN) of Nigeria. The correct currency would be "West African CFA Franc" (ISO code XOF).

'KR' country code means that South Korea.
Currency code of South Korea is 'KRW' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217)
But 'KR' country code was mapped 'KPW'.
('KPW' means that North Korea.)

I receive a typing error when trying to pass in a value which can be "TR" as the index value. On inspection, it seems that TR is missing from the index.d.ts file, despite "TR" being present in index.ts.

I encountered a little bug. Region GS (South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands) is a British overseas territory and unrelated to the country Georgia.

Here it incorrectly maps to GEL (Georgian Lari) but shoud map to either:

• FKP (Falkland Islands pound) according to the South Georgia article,
• GBP according to the article linked from there, or the German article about South Georgia.

I think GBP would be more reasonable.

This one is unclear, but it sounds like both are circulating in the country and they are transitioning to SLE. Using SLE would be more future proof in that case.

The Wikipedia page for Sierra Leone has the old Sierra Leone leon (SLL).
