Implement API Key security

Enable a way to secure ALL access to the API with and API, aditionally the has to be a way to identify the user that is accessing to the servicies.

For example, an employee can access the application through the web site or and installed application, but he has to login to make changes, obviously there has to be different access level, not every logged user can modify the features of a room, not every user can create, modify or delete reservations.

Even an anonimous can access the API but either way where ever its accessing the API will ever need an API Key.
