TestRunner.java requires java 1.6 to run because of the .isEmpty() call.

If the round trip failed, resulting in a null value for the actualUrl, we want 
to report an error, not 
crash with a NPE.

Likewise, invalid test input (not enough tokens) can cause an 
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Doesn't this defeat the purpose of SGN since both

refer to the same user?

The attached patch (against rev# 239) is probably not the best solution, but 
more a quick hack to get to get things working. If there is any interest I will 
be glad to rewrite the current implementation.
