Maybe something related to this issue:

When you have a perfect supply placement with China where both supply trucks collect as efficiently as possible their collecting behaviour sometimes gets disturbed when adding mines to the supply center, resulting in very bad money income.

I think supply trucks shouldn't be disturbed by mines around supply center.

Agree with Kassad. Also limits build orders / building placement for chinas. Since you dont really want to mine your supply due to this.
