Hey, buddy
I am stuck... Build Lineage with blobs from the leaked nougat MIUI 6.12.29, got everything working including Snap camera 100% working no crash... Added some missing blobs, changed some props... It's perfect and smooth... People say is the best nougat build for performance, less bugs, etc... Those new 7.0 are definitely way to go, but a big BUT...:
It would have been if there wasn't that gps hal problem...:(
It doesn't work with the new 7.0 blobs, Location Manager says "FLP hal not supported" in logs. No crashing, no missing libs in log. I patched the 3 blobs sed -i 's/GnssSvStatus/QcomSvStatus/g', even patched the 4th one too but no luck. Network location work fine, just hw gps don't. And replacing GPS blobs only with ones from official build doesn't help. Xiaomi changed those API libs somehow...
Any idea how we can get it fixed? This c code is way over my head...
I haven't shared my work yet b/c of these leaked blobs but let me know if you want to try test them along with my changes from the Lineage repo...
