First off, I love your extension! 🥇

However the positioning of your context menu commands seem a little bit 'random' (don't worry, other extension authors do it as well, including Microsoft sometimes). Your commands might be found a little bit easier if they were close to other commands that start with 'Open'.

If you're not sure what I mean, I could give you more specific examples, but I'm expecting that you'll know what I mean now that I've mentioned it.

If folder ends with backslash (e.g. output folder) powershell is open, but with error:

The string is missing the terminator: ".
    + CategoryInfo          : ParserError: (:) [], ParentContainsErrorRecordException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : TerminatorExpectedAtEndOfString

It would be useful to add command to open folder containing selected reference

While opening the folder also the files should be selected

Folders are not open in command line because folder is on another drive.
E.g. output folder is on D: drive, but command line opens on C: drive
If I write in command line D: path is correct.

If you try to open folder in powershell and folder contains space(s), powershell is open with error:
Set-Location : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument ...

For opening folder in command line and in file explorer it works correctly with spaces.

Do you plan to support VS 2022? Would love to see this extension in the latest VS version.
