has_index() without index name requirement about pgtap

Not sure when/if I'll have the time to look into the code and figure out how to make another version. Not something I was needing immediately, so I can wait until you have the chance to work on it.

Might be a bit tricky, given polymorphism issues. I would see adding:

has_index( schema, table, description )
has_index( schema, table )
has_index( table, description )
has_index( table )

But these will conflict with existing 2- and 3-argument forms.

How about calling it something different like: has_index_column

Could go with is_indexed(). Maybe.
