Reset input fields in contact-list about angular-samples

Hi. That's a good point. This is one of the older samples, but it's an oversight that the input fields aren't cleared. I updated it to use the two-way binding to make this easier.

I actually liked the one-way databind, and have been experimenting with that for one-way data flows, but have struggled to update an input textbox with an empty string multiple times. I was hoping you'd have a solution for this without using two-way databinding ;-)

But anyway, thanks for make your sample work better.

Yeah, I agree. It might be good to demonstrate this approach as well.
I reverted back and added support for clearing with the old approach.

Minor change but I am now passing in the element instead of just the value. This enables me to clear the value after adding.
