Level 7 crashes about game-issues

Both Gali and PHTU are missing a Main.ocl file, which means they can't be fixed until we figure out how to work with this file format.

In order to load PST1, you need to do two things: 1. Rename, delete, or replace the sounds.slb file found in that areas folder (Data/Levels/Lev7/PST1). 2. Load Makuta's level first, then complete Tahu's level or warp to PST1.

MAN1 is the area I haven't been able to solve yet. I believe the room exits into CMBR or KUTA, but both are missing most files needed for them to work.

Issue partially resolved in patch v0.007. All areas except the exit from TAHU and Man1 will operate correctly. The remaining areas are calling for ones that do not exist, (Man1 - Man2) or in the case of TAHU, none at all. This will eventually be resolved by reordering Makuta's level entirely.
