Boxplot-staging not polling correctly! about boxplot

This is likely because Yoni set up a new Google App for which users in the
staging db haven't given permission to grab their inbox data. The issue
might be that the entire poll is failing out as soon as one user has an
unauthorized thing (related to Kane's earlier issue of what happens if a
Google account gets disabled).

This is probably two issues: 1) clear out the staging app user / group db
and 2) handle (e.g., try / catch) unauthorized polls so the whole poll
doesn't fail
